This notice covers this website and related enquiries. Data processed by a deployed Particle Vision station is subject to the customer’s agreement and applicable operational privacy arrangements.

Information we collect

When you email us: we receive your email address and anything you choose to send, which may include your name, company, phone number, requirements, attachments and correspondence. Our contact links open your email application; nothing is sent to OHMICO until you send the email.

When you browse: hosting and delivery platforms may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website. This website does not require visitors to sign in.

Your choices: we store your cookie preferences and the time of your choice in this browser’s local storage. The consent feature does not send those preferences to an OHMICO database.

Why we use it

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry and for applicable contractual, legal, accounting or dispute-related purposes. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted, de-identified or securely disposed of, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Cookie preferences are valid for 180 days. The website removes an expired or invalid preference when next checked and asks again. You can remove it sooner by clearing this site’s browser storage.
